Analisa Proyeksi Ketersediaan Debit Air Sungai Terhadap Kebutuhan Air Domestik Masyarakat Desa Matinan Kecamatan Gadung Kabupaten Buol

Tujuan − Air merupakan kebutuhan mendasar bagi manusia, baik untuk konsumsi maupun keperluan domestik lainnya. Ketersediaan air bersih yang cukup dan layak sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat, khususnya di wilayah pedesaan. Air yang aman dan mudah diakses merupakan komponen penting dalam menjaga kesehatan masyarakat serta mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan sosial. Desa Matinan dan Desa Lripubogu yang berada di Kecamatan Gadung, Kabupaten Buol, merupakan wilayah yang masyarakatnya belum sepenuhnya memperoleh akses air bersih yang mencukupi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kapasitas debit air yang diperlukan guna memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat serta memperkirakan kebutuhan air bersih hingga tahun 2035.
Metode − Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan perhitungan berdasarkan data hasil observasi lapangan. Tahapan analisis yang dilakukan meliputi pemilihan sumber air baku, pengukuran debit air (kuantitas), penentuan jumlah dan kepadatan penduduk, serta perhitungan proyeksi kebutuhan air bersih. Pengukuran debit dilakukan menggunakan metode pelampung, dan proyeksi jumlah penduduk dihitung dengan metode aritmatik.
Temuan − Debit air sungai di Desa Matinan dan Desa Lripubogu pada tahun 2024 adalah sebesar 7.115.040 liter/hari. Dengan jumlah penduduk sebanyak 2.567 jiwa, kebutuhan air bersih mencapai 179.670 liter/hari berdasarkan standar kebutuhan 70 liter/orang/hari. Artinya, kebutuhan air bersih tahun 2024 dapat terpenuhi. Berdasarkan proyeksi jumlah penduduk pada tahun 2035 sebesar 2.801 jiwa, kebutuhan air bersih diperkirakan sebesar 196.070 liter/hari, yang masih dapat ditopang oleh kapasitas debit air yang tersedia.
